I snickered at the last paragraph. I wonder if Sherlock will arrange for the pictures on the fridge to 'mysteriously disappear' or not when he gets back to Baker St ;)

No I think John is too fond of them to let them be thrown away and Sherlock is too secretly proud of them to argue over it too much. Possibly they will disappear but only to be pinned up in Sherlock's room.
