Oh man, everyone's trying to pull Sherlock and John apart with their comments. I'm a bit nervous about Seb, considering his role in canon. And he's getting along with John, too...

I loved the opening of the chapter with Chow Mein and how John subsequently tried to cope with the culture shock. I find it super IC that the best way for him to cope was to take charge in an emergency medical situation!
