A very effective blend in this chapter of the nagging problem of the traitors and the personal drama. Fisher's possible fate in particular makes John's concerns about Mycroft and Sherlock's desperation seem more plausible. (Mycroft does get very chilling here, doesn't he?) And Sherlock's belief that everyone enjoys sex with him, even if they can't stand him, does sound worryingly plausible.
